Discord Emoji Resizer128 px under 256 KB, 320 px stickers.
This free Discord emoji resizer turns any PNG, JPG or GIF into a 128×128 emoji under 256 KB and a 320×320 sticker under 512 KB, shrinking colors and frames only when it has to — in your browser, with nothing uploaded.

Why files get rejected
“File cannot be larger than 256.0 kb”
Most rejected emoji are long GIFs with photographic colors or big canvases. Resizing to 128 px fixes the canvas; a shared palette and, if needed, fewer frames fix the bytes. Stickers fail for a different reason: they must be exactly 320×320, not “about 320”.

Limits
What it won’t fix
Tiny text and thin lines vanish at 128 px. If the emoji still doesn’t read, it needs a simpler drawing, not a better resize — the generator draws emotes designed for small sizes.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What size should a Discord emoji be?
128×128 px is recommended and the file must be under 256 KB. This tool makes exactly that.
What size is a Discord sticker?
Exactly 320×320 px under 512 KB. A GIF input becomes an animated APNG sticker; a still image becomes a PNG.
Why does my animated emoji look grainier?
To get under 256 KB the encoder may cut colors to 128 or 64. The result card says when it did.
Is anything uploaded?
No. Decoding, resizing and encoding happen in your browser.
Can I upload WEBP to Discord?
Discord accepts several formats for emoji; we output GIF for animated and PNG for still, which work everywhere.
Do stickers need Boosts?
Yes. Sticker slots come with server Boost levels.
