How to report a shared character, upload or generated image that uses your copyrighted work, your character or your likeness without permission.
Sending a notice
Email support@animatedemotemaker.com with: your name and contact details; the work you own (or the person whose likeness is used); the URL of the public page (/c/…) or a description of the content; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized; a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for them; and your signature (typing your full name is fine). We act within 2 business days, usually by removing the public page and its files.
Likeness requests
If someone made a character from a picture of you without consent, email us with the public link if there is one. You don’t need a copyright claim; our terms forbid using another real person’s likeness without consent.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply with a counter-notice: the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your name, address and consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts. We forward it to the complainant and may restore the content after 10 business days unless they tell us they’ve filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are closed.
