FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much is one animated emote?
1 credit. On the 40-credit Creator pack ($19.99) that is about $0.50; on Studio about $0.40.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time purchases and their credits never expire. Trending Emotes is an optional monthly plan.
What do new accounts get?
Three free credits — enough for a character sheet and one emote — and a free first round of character drafts.
What if a generation fails?
The credits come back automatically. A result you dislike isn’t a failure; redo that single item for its normal price.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days. Details on the refund policy page.
Is there a daily limit?
Up to 5 purchases per account per UTC day, to protect against card abuse.
Which payment methods?
Cards and wallets supported by Stripe Checkout in your country, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
