Refund policy
When credits come back automatically, when you can ask for money back, and how to ask.
Failed generations
If the model fails or refuses and nothing is made, the credits come back automatically, usually within a minute. Once the model has made something, the result is delivered and uses its credits, even if it isn’t perfect — redo that single item instead. A result that is clearly broken (blank, corrupted, a different character entirely) can be refunded by email; results caused by an unsuitable source picture (a group photo, a tiny face) are not broken results.
Unused credits
Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t used any of their credits. Partly used packs can be refunded for the unused share at our discretion. Trending Emotes can be cancelled any time and stays active until the end of the paid month; a month’s fee is refunded if you ask within 48 hours and haven’t used that month’s credits or templates.
How to ask
Email support@animatedemotemaker.com from your account’s address with the order date and amount. We reply within one business day and refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
